Zrii Headquarters make all the money - while the Indepenent Executives (IE) distributors barely stay alive in this business. Although a significant amount of the net profits made by Zrii LLC may be distributed to the IE's - the lion's share goes to the original founders - those at the top of the pyramid. There are presentations by alll sort of leaders explaining how the monthly revenues to be earned by you as an IE could be great. Unfortunately, such presenations are made in lovely banquet rooms or huge mansions and the distractions include stories about the high income made by the top leaders. There is virtually no demonstration about how much a brand new person might make as well as how much a person that is typically there for one year or two year is making. They will only talk about the stellar success stories. Here is why: It is a bait n swich.
If you do extremely well and sign up a ton of people in your strong leg & too bad... All the great royalties to be paid from you from working so hard on that leg simply get paid to the people above you - those having a four star or greater ranking. See those great royalties only apply to you if you have build out two successful legs and you have reached four star & what it that &it means you earn about 10,000 of business volume in transactions in that single month. So although if in month two you only earned five thousand - you are not demoted to three star - you just do not earn that months wonderful bonuses. The big bucks are in the various bonuses & that is the carrot leading you to continue trotting along.
In the meantime here is the catch - they insist that you buy overpriced inventory. Each year Zrii corp looks at all of its products and costs and figures out new ways to squeeze you - make you pay more for the key things you need to run your business. You have to pay for note pads, order firms, CD demonstration tools, brochures, suitcases and even baggage. They provide no meeting rooms or free start up materials. They suggest you pay an additional 14.95 for premium computer home page (which just shows you how much commissions you are not earning) but also has helpful digital files you can download. Then you are told that in order to do a good job selling this business opportunities to your friends, families and anyone who likes you, you must buy the four ounce samples. This is $135 per box. The trick is that each year they make the box smaller and take out two more units. So at this point its about 6 dollars to give your friend a sample to take home. The smart IE's are waiting to the RSA conferences (rising star academies) and buying a large bottle for 10 (bottles sell for 40 each retail).. Then the IE keeps the bottle in a fridge to keep it cool and give samples from there. The company demands auto ship and auto debit to your bank account - so you are automatically shipped your orders (such as 140 for the Zrii) and $80 for the two bottles of Nutraveda. Thus this is a very expensive system and you still spend money on regular food throughout the day.
Zrii does not disclose how much amalaki fruit is in this special proprietary blend. If it is just a fraction of an ounce or more. So it is impossible to tell if it has any health benefit at all. There are plenty of articles on this point. Most beverages lists the ingredients and they are in the order of largest by quantity on down to the smallest. This packaging refuses to do so -leaving the reader to think its mostly apple and pear juice.
The slides they use give you the impression that you will make good retail sales on this product. The reality is that the best prices are always listed on the internet on Zrii LLC corporate site - so it is next to impossible to mark up the prices beyond those figures. Next they indicate that can easily start this business by simply bringing on two people and let those two people bring on two people and so on until a pyramid is complete. If each person spends $245 on their autoship then you will make hundreds of thousands of dollars. Wrong. That theory does not work and should not be used. People drop out all the time. People who stay often delete their auto ship. If you recruit two people - you will most likely need to meet twenty people in order find four that are interest and two that might sign in. Then its bound that one or both of them will drop out at some point.
Look as the compensation chart published by Monavie... Monavie has sued Zrii LLC saying that their compensation chart was taken by Zrii without a license. The Monavie clearly describes the average compensation paid to people by groups from ten starts all the way down to one stars. It will shock you to learn that over 90 percent of the IE's there are making very little to no money. Now do you understand by Zrii does not want you issuer their own compensation summary.
Take a look at the starter pack that you just spent $49.99 It is a total joke. It used to have well more than five CD's and plenty of booklets. Zrii made a huge cutback and it provides no sample products, very few CD's and few booklets.instead they want you to order business cards (for over $35 for 500) WOW and hundreds of dollars in other items such as brochures, CD's and order forms.
When or if you ever get a commission check - those are no longer being distributed either. You will have to get your money from an ATM and guess what - pay ATM service charges to get your check. Doesnt matter - Zrii used to charge a fee anyway just to process your check.
