I received a letter from the National Recovery Agency trying to get my to pay for a DVD that I supposedly purchased from a company called West Bay Aquisitions. I have never even heard of West Bay Aquisitions let alone purchased anything from them. I called National Recovery Agency and spoke to some hispanic guy and he said he had no clue who West Bay Aquisitions were and had no number to reach them and that I needed to go online and look up West Bay Aquisitions and take the matter up with them...
