For the past 15 years, my Landlord has not given me or anyone else in his building our own electric meters and oil meters. When an upstairs tennant moved out, my electric bill had one down sometimes from $500-$300 to $85. He also admits the problem but refuses to fix it. I am paying 95% of the electricity. Electric company has warned him repeatidly but he always says he will. I finally hired a 93a lawyer and when he got the news, he offered me to switch my meter to another tennants partment. He came down to my shop and when I said NO, he punched me in my face and head. I passed out. When I came to, I called the Marshfield Police and the next day, I (sept 22nd) I requested a restraing Order against him. Also went to the Hospital (south Shore) where the doctors told me I had a tooth that was pushed so hard, it is ready to fall out. Contusions to me head and a brain concussion. All verified in Police reports and Hospital reports. Now he has threatened to kick me out on the street after being a succesful hair salon for the past 30 years! PLEASE HELP ME. Another lawsuit has been filed for harrassment, and If i can, I will file an attempted murder charge. Please help me before I am killed.
