I went into the store, and the store owneracknowledged me, by not taking his eyes
Off of me the entire time i was shopping. I
Had completed my shopping, and went to
The register to check out. I wanted to get a
Single cigar, and he had a basket off them
On the counter, as in help your self in my
Opinion. So I looked in the basket and took
One that I thought was the kind that I wanted,
It was not, so when i put it back, he said "Dont
Touch anything on the counter!" and I let that
Go. So i asked him if he had the kind I wanted
And he looked on the stan on the rack behind him
Where he keeps the other cigars and cigarettes.
He got the kind i wanted, but it was broken. I asked
Him in a regular voice, "Can I have another one, because
This one is broken?", he rolled his eyes and sighed and
Said, "No its not!" so he did get me another one and
Slammed it on the counter, at that point I calmly said
"nevermind, I dont want to get this, I am a customer and
You are being rude" I feel like if i'm going to make a purchase
From his store, I deserve a little more appreciation. And thats
Went he went totally off on me., he yelled " I dont like your
Attitude either! Get the f* out of my store!", "told you to never
Come here again!" which if he had, he would have said
That when I first came in, but he didnt, and he never told
Me that. As I walked towards the door, he yelled at the top
Of his lungs again, "Get the F* out! And pointed at the
Door. I walked out and not say anything else, I felt very
Threatened. I would never talk to any human being like that!
And of course he did say the actual words in f* you. You
Cant imagine the way that made me feel, and he deserves
Some type of severe reprimand for treating a customer that
Way! I thought about it for a day or so, then realized, " i cant
Let him get away with disrespecting me like that! It was very
Very bad, no way to talk to any human being! I would not
Even treat some one I disliked that way! If you would have
Heard him yelling, you would know exactly how i feel. Some
Of consumer authority, has to let him know that, that type of
Treatment to the public, especially me, will not be tolerated. He
Has a video camera there in the store, Im sure that captured
The whole incident, if he hasnt erased it.
