Ordered a sink. Called 2 weeks after ordering just to get an update. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a customer service rep and his manager. After literally getting yelled at and belittled, I canceled my order. I canceled because I lost all faith that this company would follow through with order. It took a month to receive my money back and they kept 5% - credit processing fee. So basically, my order was delayed by 2 weeks, I was treated like dirt, they kept my money for over a month, and I had to pay them approximately $50 for the pleasure of this experience.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! There are other companies out there with similar pricing who will actually deliver the product as promised without treating you with contempt!
