We always have to leave our computer on and sometimes is doesn't even load. Most of the time the calls go straight to voice mail and even when the computer is on, and it' supposed to be working, it still goes to voice mail. It is cheap. That is probably the only good thing about it. We get a lot of interferce when we are talking and it takes about a minute just to get a dial tone. I do not recommend it to anyone!
