After working for a week and 4 days, not counting working with no pay, on one occacion form 5:00pm till 9:00pm and other occacion from 5:00 til 10:30 pm again with no pay. After being at work form 8:00 am till 4:00pm and that's because I had to ask if I could go and rest a little before having to come back at 5:00pm. After this I got payed for only one day and the check stub dates are wrong, dates are pay period from 08-22 to 09-04. I started working on 09-06 which was labor day and last day was 09-16. When I send Miss Aguilar an email, she stated that i would not get paid till the end of this month. Also other employees have stated to me that they have not gotten paid after starting a month later.in this business you are not allowed to take breaks and if you take them Miss Aguilar makes you punch in and out when you come back and you are only alowed to take 10 minutes breaks which by law are 15 minutes every 4 hours. Aso refuses to pay for Holidays as you can see I worked a Monday 6th which was a holiday. Also refuses to pay for training and wants employees to stay late like I stated before or on Saturdays to be trained, but this will be with no pay.
I find this totally wrong and unethical behavior from this business and I am asking for an Investigation as regards of the practices of this business.
