Its a shame how easy it is to post something on the internet that isn't true or half the story. This website is trying to profit off a false complaint by a customer. I will not pay them or anyone else else! I have been in business for over five years and have sold several hundred vehicles to customers and take every complaint seriously. The customer didn't mention that I fixed her car and was not obligated to do so. The customer didn't mention I cleaned and shampooed the interior of her car and also washed the outside. I didn't charge her anything but was committed to doing what I could to make the customer happy. I've sold hundreds of cars, and I've never had a customer be so unappreciative. I not only paid for her car to get fixed I attempted to refund her the majority of money that was paid to someone else that didn't fix it. She had a limited warranty and again I was not obligated to fix her car but I did. Shame on you Teri Scott! Defamation is serious!
