If you choose to do business or enter in any contractual agreement with this company make sure to get your full amount of your money before you do any work for this general contractor.
They are a general contractor with bad management, pushers, complainers, and will step on anyone for their gain. They don't care about subscontractors, and vendors. Don't do work with this company... They don't care about you... If you choose to do business with this company... Get 100% of your funds or you will not collect the full amount of the contract.
No net 30 days on these b*ards, no credit for kellogg & kimsey, Inc... High bids for this general contractor always... The bastard will require it...
And to the kiss a* that are doing business with this company; be aware they will f*k you of your money soon or later.
This company deserves no respect in the construction industry, the principalS, the employees, everyone are s*t in this company. The worse general contractor in the west coast of Florida.
So, if you want to work for no money do business with this trash of general contractor, if you do business get your money before you start any work...
