On 5/8/10 I ordered and paid for a pair of Poly SGP Lens (Poly), Progressive - Varilux bifocal eyeglasses with coating for 609.00. Delivery of these lenses was scheduled for 5/17/10. Today is the 5/22/10 and the lenses are still in transit. I inquired of the sales personel without a reasonable explanation and/or excuse. It is difficult to understand that a large outfit such as LensCrafters would not have the inventory to fill a very small and non-specialized order such as mine. I have seen them advertise the filling of orders ASAP and quicker. They take your money and then cannot deliver the goods. I am considering canceling my order and taking my business to a truly reliable vendor.
