We ordered muslin drawstring bags, but when they arrived to us they were too small (by much more dimensionally than the company claimed their bags already were). We initiated an exchange to receive larger bags and upon receiving the bill for the exchange we saw indicated on updated invoice that we had damaged 5 of the bags by removing the strings. The fact is that after looking at ONE bag, we we knew the size was off and did not bother to go through the rest of the order, so the bags were left untouched. Also, the business never contacted us to say anything was damaged, just went ahead and charged us accordingly. When we approached the business to inquire, we were again accused of removing the string and that was that. The accusation made no sense, was completely unwarranted (not to mention absurd), and it appears Muslin Bags has a quality control issue they need to look into. Because they do not issue returns (why would they when they can mail damaged products and then charge you for them?), we went ahead with the exchange order and do not plan on doing business with them again. Poor customer service, poor attitude, poor quality of products. Also, the original order was placed on 8/19/10! Who ever heard of problem resolution taking close to a month?!
