Never received $1,000 Wal-Mart gift card

I fell for this scam! - I signed up for 13 offers and completed every one of them. After 6 weeks, I still get nothing but "page error" when requesting "redemption status" at directsurveysolutions.com. I have submitted "tickets" requesting status 4 times and get no response at all.
