TMG Incorporated
Steve Kordella T-Mobile Scam

Be proactive in your research of TMG Incorporated and it's owner Steve Kordella. The job is a waste of time and money. The company is affiliated with Cydcor, which uses "Multi Level Marketing" to make a profit. This type of business practice is looked down upon and will likely cause you financial hardship and no social life. The cult-like atmosphere (no pun intended) and promise of financial security suckers some employees longer than others, but most employees last less than 4 to 6 months.

Things I Wish I Would Have Known About TMG Before: YOU pay for your own gas, you "impulse" people to buy and they often cancel—therefore no commission, Steve plays favorites, the company is willing to hire anyone and everyone, encouraged to not take breaks, must attend "team night" once a week, your paycheck will be extremely low no matter how much you work (typically 11 to 12 hour days), you will be told to quit at least once a week, required to drive long distances for road trips without gas compensation, you are expected to implement "the system" (aka snarky sales practices), not paid for extra responsibilties, Steve will constantly brag about all the money he has (which he probably got from his employees' pay since he does the payroll), attractive women are at risk for sexual harassment from Steve (witnessed 2 cases), it is not a Management Training Program&it is B2B sales, Steve constantly recruits and decieves new hires into believing they will make it big

I suggest Googling Cydcor, TMG (The Merl Group) Inc, Steve Kordella and the term "Multi Level Marketing" before accepting the position that I can guarantee would be offered to you. EVERYTHING that goes on in Steve's office is replicated in hundreds of offices around the country. Cydcor controls everything from meeting times, the interview process, pushy sales techniques and even brainwashing tactics ("big picture, " "fear of loss" and "financial freedom, " are just 3 ways employees are brainwashed into staying with the company) to keep employees in the "business."

In hindsight, I don't know why I stayed with TMG as long as I did. Do not fall into the trap that will lead you to a dead end.
