Have tried 3 months in a row to cancel this service (whatever it is) that is debiting my VISA Credit card twice a month for $14.95. Called both 800 numbers that gives me a recording asking for my telephone number and then telling me to press 1 to cancel. Then they give me a confirmation number and say that my membership is cancelled. You cannot zero out and talk to anyone and when I try to go to their web site I have gotten sent to a Porno site. They are ripping people off and they need to be stopped! This has been goin on for at least 6 months!!!
