I submitted a poem alled"Cow Blues" They sent me a certificate saying my book was going to be published in a book for 25.00 They took the money out of my account in April. I talked to some one in

I submitted a poem to The American Poets Society in about Jan. They sent me a letter and a certificate saying they would publish it in a book for 25.00. They took the money out of my account in April. I called them in July and they said the book would be here in August. I called them again today and they said it will be here sometime this month. I said I wanted my money back and they said they couldnt do that. They are a RIP OFF and something needs to be done. The name of my poem is Cow Blues. It is suppose to go into a book titled Poems of the Western World.
