I Am Shocked, Hurt And Outraged How Amazon.com Has Treated Me. I sold around 34 items in less then 2 weeks. I was doing awesome, making money and giving amazon a huge percentage of my profit from my sales. I had one only one out of 34 people say that they had not received their item yet.
I provided the customer as well as amazon with the tracking number very important always have a tracking number!!!
The case was closed and favored for me basically saying that i did nothing wrong. I received an email shortly after, stating that my account was being suspened and i had within 24 hours to respond to get my account reinstated with a statement of how i will improve what i have done wrong.
I had done nothing wrong but i wrote back right away. I explained to them that i had one complaint and that person expected me to send item out same day when in fact i had within two days to send it out. That case was favored towards me so that meant i had done nothing wrong right.
I told Amazon how dedicated i was to selling on their site and pleasing all customers by answering any inquires, etc. I told them that this was my way of making a few extra dollars since i had been layed off from work.
I happen to do very well. I spent what little money i had to package, and ship the items in which was not cheap. Then wait 2 weeks to get payed or soo i thought.
They responded to me by email the same way they responded to others like i see on this sight. They said they would not reinstate my account and still gave me no explanation why like i had asked them originally. They said that they would not provide me any information. They said i had 90 days to get my money.
I wrote to them and that was the explanation i got. This is not what you call customer service. What rights do i have as a seller?
I wrote back again trying to see what i could do to get my account back. They wrote back saying that they was not going to give me any information and i had 90 days to wait.
They told me they would ignore my emails if i wrote again.
This is ridicious!!!
I was browsing online and came across a phone number to Amazon.
Excited, i called and 3 representatives told me to call back 1 hour later back to back. They themselves did not know what time amazon representaives for buyers would be in. This was ridicious!!!
I finally got threw, spoke with some one. They themselves did not know why my account was removed when in fact i had only 1 complaint in which i was found innocent for. They said one out of 34 orders. Ok.
They said they would look into it. I am still here waiting for a response.
Still here with no account, no money that they owe me, i want my money!
I need a lawyer because i do want to take this further!
Please help if you know where i can find a lawyer that can handle this type of case
