Saw an ad for a 1993 Toyota Camry for $1150 on Craigslist from Jessica Lewiss. Her story is that she was located in Athens, Greece, assigned to stabilize military relations. Her husband had the car shipped to Greece and they decided they couldn't pay exobitant taxes, fees to keep the car. Therefore, they needed to sell car. They could ship for free via Military cargo. I was only inquiring about the vehicle, but started receiving emails from her telling me how to pay and where to pay. Money Gram only via agent Mendes Dutt at Pireaus St. 18, Athens Greece. She said buyer protection would be through Ebay, which she sent a VERY LETIGITATE looking Ebay Motors web page. I would go on with the rest of the story but the guy who reported her on usacomplaints.com before me gives you the entire story, exactly as it happened to me! The whole thing made me feel uneasy, so when I Googled her name, well LOW AND BEHOLD her name was all over the internet, including complaint, for trying to scam other people with this same scam! I contacted Craigslist and Ebay immediately and responded to her last email by saying that I had reported her and that people like her burn in.
