Brian Pascal Disappeared with my money. $1750. All lines constantly busy, WEB site no longer exists

They promised a Loan modification or a full refund. I paid them $1750 and after 6 months no results. When I attempted to contact for a refund. Walah, they no longer exist. I want my money back and I would really like to stop them from continuing this practice with other folks.
