Select Debt Solutions
This company' contract has indicated a refund if unable to aquire a loan modification. I have sent numerous emails and phone calls with out a response

I went into a contract with Select Debt Solutions to attempt again a loan modification.

I didn't feel that this was a good company and they continued to harass me day and night to include weekends for me to sign a contract for the loan modification.

I specifically asked D.B. And Brian C, both who no longer work for the company, how would it be possible to get a loan modification based on a recent forecloser of my property. Both gentleman indicated that it would not effect the loan request, when in fact it did.

I tried several times to get the charged reversed, however I had waited too long.

Hoping then I would get my refund of $1,600 I have written, emailed and called numerous times to speak to someone without luck. Their phones appear to be down and the previous phone numbers I had no longer work. I have tried calling the

Loan processing department without luck to speak to someone in regards to my contact, since I have not gotten any type of response from all my attempts.
