Contract complaint - bombe bedroom set

I went to conns on 10/19 2009 to purchase a bedroom suite store no. 012 iwaited for about 30 min. Before anyone came to help me. I asked for Priscilla WHEATON she was wiyh a customer so they finally sent somome else to help me. I picked out what i wanted when it was delivered to me i had a missing nightstand and mattress i went back and had to wait another 30 min. Befors Priscilla could wait on me she had to do another contract iam very dissappointed she told me that she would fix it that night on the 20th never happened i called the manager the next day he said that she was off til friday i donot know why i am being lied to. Iam disabled and cannot keep going back and forth. Ihave been with conns for 10 years i have two contracts one with a dresser i did not order the manager gave me two 25.00 gift certificates for the mix-up but i still have two contracts and i am very upset on the 21st i had to call to see what time was the furniture to be delivered i missed my doctor appointment and was chrged 25.00 no-show fee my no. 409-892-8919
