Online payment transfer STUCK in processing

I scheduled this payment with NO extra fees on 1/13 at 7:10PM EST to be paid by 1/15 by bank transfer. I fully expected your bank to complete the transfer as promised per the delivery date. The funds were available in my bank account, I checked every single day to see if you were deducting them. You sure had no trouble deducting funds TWICE when you didn't show the transfer back several months ago when I scheduled one and then called and paid over the phone! You have a real big problem with hiding your online processing bank transferring issues when you keep making mistakes, then blame the customer! My transaction number is #305156578 YOU are the problem, not ME. Do not blame me for your online technical problems. If you have unreliable technology, you take enough in my credit card percentage fees to pay for BETTER technology. Stop paying those CEOs so much in bonuses. You don't even answer your emails in a timely fashion. Who ever heard of having to wait 4-8 days for a response? Who do you think you are? Then sending me LATE emails? I'm not paying you any late FEES for YOUR technology problems. I'm going to report you to the @NLPC for fraud.
