Returning from vacation the night of 8/21/10 we discovered water POURING from a crack in our filter system outside of our house. Calling the "emergency" svc of the above business only reached an exchange. We were told the tech was not responding to their calls after initially being told "the system was cycling" & would shut off in an hour. Seven phone calls later still no response. None of our attempts to stem the flow were successful.in desperation we contacted a plumber who came out the following day. We lost many hundreds of gallons of water until a neighbor told us of a main water valve in the front of the house that would shut off the flow. The following day the Water Dr. Called claiming our home phone line was busy. We used our cell phones only to make calls.in addition, when we first called for help we were asked if we would agree to pay $125.00 for the visit which we of course agreed. We would have paid whatever they asked. We were told the following day that we had initially refused to pay, essentially saying that we lied. It defies logic to refuse to pay and then call back 7 times to ask why no one was responding. The following day they stated they would contact the water Co. To explain the reason for the unusua lexcessive use of water until we told them we wanted to discontinue the service, then they withdrew that offer. Very frustrating, expecially being accused of lying on 2 separated instances..
