I was given a price on a truck rental after I returned the truck my bill was tripled. They charged me for two days rental when I was told to bring the truck back by the next business day and it would be a one day rental well I brought it back at 5:30 the same day and was charged for two days. I also rented the truck with unlimited miles because of the distance at least that's what Paul Usztok the U-haul representative told us with our quote well again that was wrong they charged us by the mile. When I called the division manager Tom Burns to complain is when I really was shocked not only did he refuse to help but when I said I would go up the later he said he was the president and that the buck stops at him. He would not let me finish anything I was trying to say he raised his voice over and over and said to me good luck buddy go over my head if you want but I am in charge so all complaints come back to me so O well with that then hung the phone up on me. I then called corporate and started telling them what happened and they said that Tom Burns was in charge so I said that I would have to go public with this matter and when I said that the woman refused to give me her supervisor's name and hung up on me as well I have two wittiness's to all of this
