Very poor customer service. Will trap you - Support

Customer service is very poor. They are aggressive on taking orders, not clarifying customers doubts. Will commit anything for getting order and after that no one seems to be responsable for that. Money back guarantee is also fake. You need to spend more time in phone for that.
I called to collect some information about the vonage on Feb 26, I was planning to buy the device on March 20. She told me a lot of bla blas, and forced me to order the device on that day itself. I asked her specifically about the billing, because I don't want to be billed until I start using the device. My plan is to start using it on march 20th. I told her that I will call again on March end or middle and make the order. But she promised me that billing will start only when I start using the device and I will get the 30 day money back guarantee from that day onwards. So I placed the order. After receiving the device on March 2nd I verified my account online and saw billing starts from Feb 26th onwards. I contacted customer support and they told me that they cant do anything as the billing will start on the day when I order.

For me it is just like wasting one month amount, without using the device. So I decided to cancel the service and will be sending back the device today (3/3/10)
Its really a frustrating experience for, your customer care people are aggressive on taking orders, not clarifying customers doubts, They are even willing to provide wrong information/commitments for getting orders, and as customers we don't have another option/time to confirm their commitments with others. Need provide proper training to r support team and convey them don't lie to customers.
After cancelling the service Account department told me that they will send me the pre paid shipping label for shipping. But i have not yet received that. What they are saying now is that it was not approved by managment and i need to pay that from my pocket and if i am not sending back the device in 14 days, i have to pay for that too.
