BOTTLE TOP - Bottle Top

I purchased this week from Bath and Beyond 12 Bottle Top to be used to put on pop cans, etc., to keep the drinks cold. One problem: They don't fit. I followed the directions and only smashed the cans. I have purchased like items before and they worked. These definitely don't meet standards. Gary Murphy
