On May 19, my birthday, I was shopping in Beverly Hills, California and went into this restaurant on 364 N. Beverly Drive 90210 to order a luncheon salad. The waiter, intially, Recardo B. Was cordial and assisted me along with the matra de with a selection of choice which was both healthy as well as delicious. Upon selection, I also only wanted water with lemon.
Upon returning from the restroom which had toilet paper on the floor, I then sat down to talk to a couple at the next table while we were both waiting to have our orders taken.
That being said and done, I was served first and we continued to engage in conversation. They noted my birthday having overheard me ask the waiter for anything "special" as this was my birthday. We talked about many issues.
They had someone join them at their table midway through the course of the lunch. I held up my glass to have the waiter note my needing a refill. He totally ignored me.
After completing the meal from 13:04-14:10, I then left. It was noted he was waiting on numerous tables throughout the complex so as to limit his ability to properly service my table, yet to add insult to injury, he totally ignored my desire for more water.in addition, I had the matra de signaled to obtain additional water.
Agreed, the food I ordered was excellent, only the service totally lacking. I always take the approach to let the management know when the staff have perfomed their job satisfactorily This venue gives me the opportunity to express my concern for the enrichment of the organization as well as allow the waiter to know his services were substandard.
I am not one for constant complaining yet know these opportunities are needed to further the growth and enable the operations to refine their training of personnel.
I appreciate the opportunity to offer feedback to a company with whom I have worked when acting as a sales manager for a limosine service who was contracted by The Cheesecake Factory for pickup and delivery of VIP's throughout the country.
