A gentleman left me a message on my cell phone that was rather thretening. When I called back to ask what the issue was, he informed me that I was being suied for 5,4084 dollars and that my family and work was going to be affected negativly by the fraud that I had committed. When I questioned the gentleman about what fraud, he became rude telling me that I already knew what was going on and that he couldn't send me the affidavit via email because the police were going to deliver it to my house in a day.
I kept asking for information about what fraud I was thought to commit and he gave me no information at all. The gentleman had a very heavy middle eastern accent which made it doubley difficult for me to understand him. When I asked him to repeat himself because I did not understand him, he became loud and kept saying this is your fault. I asked for the information about the company who he is representing and all I got was part of a name, because he read off something very quickly and wouldn't allow me to interject when I did not understand him. He said that what he read wa san affidavit, however he was unwilling to send it to me, he stated "I can not contcat you by email, I am calling to let you know you are being sued" I asked him what the company wanted and he stated "nothing just to let you know that you are being sued and as of monday you will recieve paper work wich you must bring to court"
The gentleman stated his name was joeseph, on the voicemeail he left, however he would not repeat his name when asked to do so.
I also recieved a call much earlier than this one from a gentleman with the same type of accent stating he was Sargent anthony and he needed me to take down a case number because I was being investigated for frud. I wa sin the hospital emergency room at the time and couldn't write teh number down, he became quite angry and stated "just write the f*ing number down" i asked him who he was working for he stated "I am an officer for the federal government" I asked him if I was being accused of fraud, he wouldn't answer when I attempted to get more information he hung up. The phone number that he gave me to call was the same one given this time.
