After spending at least 5 hours with Magic Jack support reps, I finally asked for a refund of the 5 year subscription I purchased while less than 6 months into my initial 12-month subscription (it worked fine for few months then degraded to unusable). Your product does not work. I've spent too much time with my local ISP and with your support people to continue. Your rep said I'd get a refund. That was about 2 weeks ago or more. Nothing yet. Shame on you for this deception.
