Poor customer service
I had a complaint about the grooming area and emailed it and was told someone would get back to me in 5 days it is now a month later and I have followed up 3 times and am still waiting to hear.
They say the care but they don't.
The poor service was done in the East Hanover, NJ grooming area and the customer service was through their site email.
