My daughter signed up for her senior pictures to be taken, we paid 299 dollars for that, and at no point until all the pictures there taken, was it disclosed to us that the minimum price for the Portraits would be 495 dollars for the cheapest package, needless to say we can't afford this, I tried repeatedly to talk to the manger (Michael) but he is not available for a conversation, either out to lunch or in meetings or already gone for the day. Leaving my number for call back does not work either. At this point I really would like to find a solution to this whole mess.
