I have been looking in the stores weekly to get my rain check item and it has not been replaced since 1/23/10. No one can tell me when it will be in and when I phoned the company guest service number they told me to just pick something else! It is not available online. What is the point of a rain check if they don't reorder the item. Other stores call you when it comes in and don't put you out further by running back to the store since it was their error! You need to rework your system.
