They pose as a local florist, take your order and then wire it to a local florist for delivery. Do yourself a favor: Whenever you look up a florist by website, first call and ask them "In what city are you located?" If they cannot say that they are located in the city you want the flowers delivered, then hang up and call a local florist who is going to deliver anyways. That florist will be able to answer ALL your questions.
