Ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. The burgers were order my grandaughters way tomatoe, cheese and ketchup only. She has allergies so we are careful of what we eat and where. They were not made with the proper ingredients. She cannot have mayo or onion or lettuce. It cannot be scraped of and be okay. That is why we order the way we do. We carry an epi-pen just in case of a problem. The employees need to be made aware of why special ordering is important. We had to throw away the food which is a waste of money. We went through the drive through assuming the order was correct and did not check before we left. I would appreciate being able to get her food made properly. I understand that they are only human and may make mistakes but not every time. There needs to be a smaller margin for error. It could land some people in the ER.
