I purchased a phone from N1Wireless. The first one was an error in judgement on my part it was a very old model which I should have done more research. So after a few months I saw a phone I really liked on their site. I ordered it but it was not compatible with my carrier, I even called LG (manufacturer) and they wouldn't help me cause they didn't seel the phone in the US. I e-mailed them and was told to return the phone. I returned the phone as instructed and was only given $138 of the $192 I paid on top of having to pay to ship it back myself. I began reading the fine print and they only guarantee that the phone part of any phone they cell will work, not texting or data even though they advertise the features. If your only selling a phone for its talk then shouldn't they all be the same price no matter what features they off? Anyway, I also returned the accessory as they were to a phone I was not keeping. Again, in reviewing the fine print I found out they won't give refunds on any accessories. I returned all the accessories and still didn't get any credit of them.
Recap: You buy something from N1wirelss and it's not as advertised, too bad. It's defective and not as advertised, they charge you to return it. Any if you return in, your stuck with any accessories you bought.
I don't think I need to say just how bad this company is but I will say this. READ THE FINE PRINT! They are rip off artist and are kind enough to te you they are when you read their material. No person in their right mind would willing from them after reading their policies, they are insane.
