Pay role rip off

Ive just started working with john moore about 3 weeks ago, the recruiter (donna harris) told me that once hire i would love it cause the money i will make. Well i found out that once hire they hold your check for three week. I got my first check and it was shorted nearly 600dollars, well my first week I worked over 58 hours some days coming home after 1am and sleep for 3 hours before leaving again. Now understand they said that the first week is a training period and you get paid hourly then after it piece pay but once i got my first check for 109 i was not convinced. I went to my supervisor and he got me another check, this time for 403, still not enough. I found out that over 200 employees have been getting shorted sometimes over 800 dollars. Also you work 24/7 always on call with no days off and if you dont comein they write you up. Also just the other friday Jame young (hvac supervisor) had said he got a ethic violation be cause a customer that is 6mnth preg had called, they sent a tech out and her over chargered her, sabatoshed her a/c unit and turned the gas off to her water heater.
