Sooooooo bad

Orbitz's customer service is sooooooo bad!!! I accidentally missed my flight on August 10th and of course I was very eager to seek help to cancel the air ticket. The airport told me that I should cancel the ticket from the company/agency where I bought the ticket since the ticket is e-ticket. So I found this number 001-312-416-0018 from orbitz website as I was outside of US at that time. The first woman who answered my call gave me totally wrong information, she arbitrarily told me that Orbitz can't do anything to help me in this case, I have to go to the airport or the airline company to cancel the airticket, and she insisted in this again and again. So I hung up and after a while I called in again, this time another woman answered the call with very impatient voice from the beginning, since this is an international call it seems she couldn't hear/understand me well, then to my surprise she bravely and decisively just hung up my call! So this time I even didn't have the honor to talk much and there is no way for me to know and comment on her professional knowledge. This is the Orbitz customer service! I don't understand if these guys don't care about their jobs at all why Ortibz has to offer them the job in this economy??!!!
