I have never received an order from Uniform Warehouse A.K.A. Uniforms4All that was complete, and on time; however, the prices are generally cheaper and errors small enough to overlook, all things considered. Up and until I recently ordered a lightbar. My order was online, and I clicked the appropriate boxes. The order was for a "clear" lightbar (i.E. No colored filters). Upon receipt of my package, I found a "clear" outside, yet amber filters.
When I called to report the problem I was told I could pay ($41.00) to ship the lightbar back, and that someone from the "Lightbar Department" would remove the clear dome, remove the amber filters inside, place the dome back, and ship the lightbar back. I might also add this process would take two to three weeks. Or I could return the lightbar, and receive a refund (minus 25% restocking fee) in about six weeks. Right!!! I am certainly going to do that!!!
Obviously I will never order from this company again, and I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would expect this company to be out of business in the next two to three years as with many web based companies. Meanwhile, do not make the same mistake (S) I have.
