I ordered a riddexplus product online and was charged more than I wanted to get. I wanted to cancel the order but there was no order summary for me to edit the orders. It says the my order has been placed and wait for my shipment. After calling CS 6 consecutive times to cancel the order; they always told me that they could not see my order in their database and most likely did not go through because they would have seen it in their database after 48 hours of me placing the order. They suggested to just place an order via phone with CS rep. I believed them and placed an order with them on the phone. That initial order online that I wanted to cancel right away did go through and was sent to the sender.
I called CS on 12/31/07 about it and after arguing with them, they finally agreed to give me a full refund (including the "whole amount for shipping and handling fees). They said they will credit my account back as soon as they get their package back. I called on 1/07 to verify the status of my refund and the lady said that because of the holidays, they have not received the returned package. She said to call back after a week. Out of curiosity, I checked the tracking number of the package via UPS and it said that their got it on 1/04. I had to call back and tell them about it. The lady asked for the tracking number and said that it will take 14 days to process my refund. I called 1/21 to follow up only to find out that there was no record that my refund was being processed! The lady said she will send a request to the manager for my refund and said that it will take 14 days to process my refund. Called 2/4 talked to Betty. Same scenario, she could not find any request sent for my refund. She told me the same thing that she will make sure to send the request to the manager before the day ends and for me to call the next day to confirm. I had to call the same day to verify for sure that Betty indeed sent a request which she did this time.
Now, I've been trying calling them to make sure that they do what they've been telling me and most of the time they don't answer their CS line. The last time I talked to a CS rep named Yvonne. I asked for her manager (Elisa) to call me back to confirm if they indeed are in the process of crediting my account. That was 5 days ago and I have not gotten any calls from them.
I just want my hard earned money back and forget the nightmare I have with this company. I have been warning my friends and families about my experience about this company and their Ads on TV. I don't want them to go through the hassle of dealing with its people.
