Malfunctioning vehicle was sold to me at this time

I bought a 1986 jeep cherokee 4x4 4drsw thinking it had implied warranty did not get to test drive the vehicle before the papers were signed. Vehicle made loud grinding noises, shifter freezes up will not go into gear when you start the motor runs really rough. I have two estimates for vehicle repairs. Kermits transmissions at 2425 northern ave 928 757-1020 for 688.93 and i also have one from ONE STOP AUTOMOTIVE AT 290 METCALF RD IN KINGMAN AZ 928 718-1400 FOR 1,254.67
