I have purchased a brand new 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo which cost around $34,000.00, and I have had nothing but problems with my vehicle. I sent Chrysler a certified letter and have taken my vehicle to the dealer I purchased it from several times, and they cannot seem to fix the problem.
I had to fight with them for 2 weeks to get something else to drive while they had my vehicle the last time. The problem I am having is intermettant, so they have said there is nothing they can do. I have asked to have this vehicle replaced, or they buy it back and I will go some where else. I am furious! This has been going on for 3 months!
My Jeep keeps wanting to cut off, and the brakes are messed up. Every time I contact the General Manager of Hoover, he never returns my phone calls. He has actually not returned one phone call. I have had to make all point of contact.
I am not scheduled to have another part put on my vehicle for the 4th attempt. I am still patying for this vehicle too, and no offer has been made to satisfy me regarding this lemon.
