False Advertisement

I ordered DSC TX5 camera from sony style online and from sony website, it say's all what's included in the box. To make the story short one part is missing. I contacted sony about this and they transfered me from one department to another. Technical support check the manual of the product and told me that it doesn't say anything about the missing part and that it is not included in the purchased. I insisted that when I purchased the camera I wasn't looking at the manual coz basically i dont have the manual DUH!!! I was looking at the website. He then transfered me to customer service to see whether they can do something for me for this false advertisement but unfortunately they told me to go to their website and write a letter to complain about this. HUH! That's what im doing now right? Theres too many departments and too many help line numbers from sony but nobody can help you. I don't know why they call themeselves customer service! They made me confused about the meaning of service. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Start serving then! 2 days and hours of talking just to tell me to write a letter, what the hell! My point is:

1. I didnt design/do the website. 2. I dont decide whats included in the box, sony did! 3. I didn't do false advertisement, sony did. 4. I, m not the one who lied to their customers, sony did.

If i cant use that missing part on my camera, then send me something that i can use hahaha!
