I ordered for my wife 3 sets plus 3 free. When checking out, the order quadroupled and what was to be a $30 charge became almost $300. I called right away to cancel the order, but I was told that it was not in the system yet, so they would put the order on hold until I phoned in in 3 days (over a weekend) I called back in 3 days and was told the order was already shipped out. Ther was nothing they could do, but when I receive the order, just don't accept it and I would be refunded the entire charge. It has been almost 1 month, and I still haven't received the product and my credit card was charged, of course. I am trying to find a legitimate email address to send a email to, because until I found this site I could not get to the "contact us" area of their website, it comes up as an error and I have no way of contacting them. I am really pissed off!
