We moved to another house when we got there the people that used to live here had satellite tv so we coneccted our box we had service and we just called them to change our billing adress so we gave the card number and ever since the signal messed up and didn't work right. So we called dishnetwork they told us we had to pay for insurance so that we didn't have to pay $95.00 for th e tech. To come out to our home. He worked on the antenna and he never let us know that he was going to charge us $100.00 for the connection. Now we have this bill and we been trying to ask for some help with this situation which was wrong because he was suppose to advise us what was going to happen. We weren't aware of how much dish network was going to charge for this. We've been customers around 10 years o so and we think they done us wrong because we have to pay extra for insurance for the same reason not to pay a whole lot of money... Please help us out.
