Ordered product and tried calling customer service to cancel order. Customer service is just a recorded message announcing to leave a message of cancellation and requests will be made in 5-7 days. No response or confirmation that my request has been processed and from the research I have done I probably never will. I've cancelled my credit cards and filing complaints with BBB, FTC, and attorney general office. I believe all that have been scammed out of money should file a class action law suit. Theres hundreds of us out there!
