This is a follow up report to one previously posted last September29. This is to state that this complaint was not, I repeat, not succuessfully resolved as is so stated in the rebuttal. To date, I have received no refund or satisfactory com-pensation of any kind and wish to have the record show that. At the present time further action is being considered and my view of this company remains unchanged. They are no one worth doing business with!
