The service UTS supplies is horrible. Follow up is nonexistent. I have been waiting 7 days for someone to call me to schedule a repair. Before that I had to wait for the part to be mailed to me. All in all, we are talking about 3 weeks before I even get a phone call to schedule a repair on my Nordic Track
