I ordered a post office box on line on May 5 and on May 6 I changed my mind and canceled the box. The funds were taken from my account on May 7. I have been requesting a refund since. I have spoken to several people with the USPS and have gotten several different reasons why I have not received my refund. #1 reason was "It is not my job to process refunds". Then who's job is it? If you ask me the USPS is holding on to this money to collect interest. I'm sure I'm not the only person in this country to have this problem with them. It has been 4 months and no refund. If I purchase a product and return it; it should take a maximum of 90 days for a refund.
