The worse company! Do not use! As mdquinto says... Their favorite excuse is ill call u back in 5 mins and 1hr later always I AM the one who end up calling back! I didnt even know what day my car was being picked up til 1hr before the driver got to the location! The whole week before i called the sales rep numerous times to let me know the exact date of pick up and it was always a "ill call u back" n never did. They did that to me for 4 days in a row and so i didnt even call my rep anymore i had to call customer service to find out the information. They told me my deposit was 105 on paper and when i checked my statement they pulled out 155!! They said my total was 375 but when my car was being delivered the driver wanted 375 so i ended up paying 530 instead!!! Freakin idiots work there!!!
