I ordered a Bionic wrist strap from this firm and paid the shipping for an additional strap that the firm offered. I can't be sure of the exact date but I would say it has been over a month. Shortly after I made the order the firm dropped its' entire web site except for the main page. After about two weeks, and I am guessing, the site came back up. I have sent these people inumerable Emails with no results, and today I sent them a FAX to the address on the web site, and got no results. I suppose I will lodge a complaint with the Internet BBB and a complaint with my credit card company. I would have to assume they are still taking in money and shipping no products.
