The owner of C.R. Martin Construction (big construction company in Anaheim, CA), Chuck Russell Martin, approached me on Sept. 2009 and suggested that we become a joint partner of this yogurt shop, and we should put all my yogurt machines and furniture to his warehouse, until we are ready to open a yogurt shop. I agreed and we have an oral agreement to become a joint partner. Proof is through our e-mail correspondence with Shannon Westmore, V.P. Of leasing in MainPlace Mall in Santa Ana, CA……. Then without a warning, he just sold all my yogurt machines, valued at $73,000 and two POS Systems, valued at $8,000. I was filing Bankruptcy at the time and I owe him about $12,000, and he admit, that he had no intention of opening a joint yogurt shop but to simply cover the money I owe him, as he put it, "people who file BK never pay the creditor back". His also holding all my furniture hostage in his warehouse, valued at more than $15,000. I also lost the $25,000 franchise fee as I can no longer afford to open another yogurt shop when he sold my yogurt machines. Chuck Russell Martin claim that I gave him all my yogurt machines and all my furniture which is absurd and a total lie. I have all the e-mail correspondence to show that his claim was not valid. Stan Roditis, his project manager help him with the cover up and I also have proof via e-mail correspondence with Stan Roditis. The only reason why Chuck Russell Martin haven't paid a single cent to me is because I have no money to get a good attorney and sue him for Breach of Contract and Grand Theft. He stole everything from us. My daughter's education and our future. Chuck Russell Martin pretend to be a good guy, a savior, and in the end, his just like another dishonest contractor that give a good contractor a bad name. He even promise to pay a mere $1,000 dollars for the three 42" LCD tv that I paid $1,000 each. I have his e-mail to prove it. I still haven't seen a dime yet. He even promise as he put it" im my good heart, I will return all your furniture, if you sign a waiver, that you will drop all this complaint." I have his e-mail to prove it. I only owe Chuck Russell Martin $12,000 (he finished the construction of my store as the 1st contractor name Juan Merlo of Merlo General Construction base in San Diego, stole my money and did not finish my yogurt shop)... Chuck Russell Martin keep saying that my 1st contractor (Juam Merlo) give an honest contractor a bad name. But guess what, he was even worse than the 1st one as he was the one who ended our dream.
